Joey went to my grandmother’s house about a week ago to assess a leaking pipe. Not only did he go above and beyond in his professionalism, but they were very respectful and compassionate. My grandmother had a fall while he was there. Without hesitation, he immediately ran to assist her. Had he not been there, there’s no telling how long she would have been on the ground waiting for help. My family and I are forever grateful for such compassion and professionalism from Joey and his team. We highly recommend him to any and everyone!

I called Joey for a repair to an existing underground waterline that was leaking and had flooded portions of the backyard. He did a thorough job identifying the issue, providing repair options with pricing prior to beginning the repairs so that I had time to consider and make a decision without pressure, and ultimately making a repair that would protect the integrity of the existing waterlines that are over 70 years old. Joey also installed a new water shutoff valve, and took the time to explain the process and review and test the installation with me before finishing his work. I highly recommend Joey for any plumbing needs, he is honest, reliable, professional, and goes the extra mile to meet a customer’s needs, by utilizing his vast plumbing knowledge. He takes pride in his work and it’s clear he wants to provide a high level of service and quality, while earning clients’ trust by explaining, in terms that are easy to understand, the work that he is doing in order to make you comfortable with the investment you’re making by utilizing his skills.

Went from electric to gas in no time! Joey did a wonderful job in converting our electric stove top to gas. He had to drop a gas line down the wall but we are so happy with our new gas range!! 10/10

Joey, the owner, responded to my call quickly. He was professional and punctua, arriving at the time he gave me. He quickly diagnosed my problem using modern plumbing equipment, including cameras, and recorded imagery and pictures of the inside of my pipes for me. Together we came up with a plan that resolved my issue. I thought his pricing was fair for his level of attention.

The faucet in our backyard got busted yesterday and a small part remained on the pipe. We appreciate Joey for the prompt response to our call and for coming in at the specified time frame. He removed the part and installed a new faucet. Already recommended Joey to a friend of mine. He's the man to call for all your plumbing needs and will definitely call him again.

This has to be the best plumbing company in Baton Rouge. They took their time and came up with the best solution. Had to replace all the leaking galvanized piping under my house and made all the connections to all of my water fixtures without causing any damage. Now, no leaks.
